The Associated Press today is reporting on the letter Dan Hynes has submitted to Governor Quinn regarding the budget cuts and a tax increase. In the letter, he accuses Quinn of being inconsistent about how big of a tax increase is needed and discusses the need to review the budget more thoroughly in regards to state spending.
We appreciate his concern for the impact that these budget cuts will have on human services.
